Building Design
Whether you’re looking to build your dream home, renovate an existing space or build investment properties, Happy House Co. will collaborate with you to create something special.
General inclusions:
Concept drawings with scaled layouts, sections + elevations (if applicable)
Working drawings of the entire project
Proposed colours + materials
Detailed FFE + Finishes schedules
Council approvals + liaison with external consultants (if applicable)
*Prices are quoted per job as each project is unique.
Tender Process & Project Management
Once your design package is ready, Happy House Co. will tender out your project to suitable builders. Upon acceptance of the builder’s contract, Happy House Co. will oversee your project from start to finish.
General inclusions:
Attend pre-start WITH you or on your behalf
Contract administration and building liaison
Regular Site visits
Attending early morning meetings with the site supervisor (main building stages)
Regular updates to keep you in the loop
Organise turnkey items such as curtains, flooring, painting and landscaping
Interior Furnishings

Happy House Co. can assist you with selecting furniture, lighting, rugs, accessories and wall coverings to suit your personal style.
Our furnishing service includes detailed design with furniture layout and configuration, furniture, fabric and colour specification, procurement, delivery installation and styling.
